Student protest video

This short video demonstrates the student riots against education fees, it depicts a scene that I am trying to capture within my final painting. It shows very violent attacks.

This is a film where I have followed my friend on her journey, it is a similar idea to my project, but an invasion her, rather than myself. It is quit sinister; as though I am stalking her, and the people around her.

Cyprien Gaillard - Koudlam, See You All

This film depicts a pitched battle between two hooligan gangs on a car park in the suburbs of Saint-Petersburg. Gaillard has replaced the film's original audio with electro-lyrical music from composer KOUDLAM. The music contrasts considerably to the visual content of the film, and is probably the most fundamental contributor to making this video a work of art. The film is reminiscent of battle scenes, particularly due to the strong colours of red white and blue.
